You are welcome to advertise your Arnold vacation home on our Properties page at no charge if you meet our Requirements, below.  Simply follow the Instructions, below.

REQUIREMENTS

Owner: you are the owner on record of a home in Arnold, California, 95223.

Vacation Home Rental: you are currently operating this home as a vacation rental property.

Transient Occupancy Tax (“TOT”): your property is registered with Calaveras County to pay TOT and you are paying this tax on your short term rental income.

Business License: your vacation rental business is operating under a current Calaveras County business license.

Good Neighbor Guidelines: you are committed to promoting and enforcing this group’s Good Neighbor Guidelines, which encourages best practices for responsible renting of our homes, all for the betterment of our community.

Terms & Conditions: you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as they may change from time to time.

Website: you maintain a website for your Arnold vacation rental which provides guests a way to contact you or your property manager directly (no blocked or censored communication) and book without paying a separate fee for service, booking, management or the like (a “service fee”).*

#bookdirect: you will accept reservations directly from guests, outside of companies which charge service fees, such as the Online Travel Agencies (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) and some property managers.**

PLEASE NOTE:

*Additional Book Direct Properties: If you will accept reservations directly from guests but your current vacation rental website does not meet the above criteria, then we can include your property on our separate “Additional Book Direct Properties” table along with your name and email address so that guests may contact you directly to book without a service fee.

**Properties Managed by Non-Owner Property Managers: If you use a Property Manager to whom guests pay a service fee, but your Property Manager will accept bookings directly from guests to avoid the additional service fees charged by Online Travel Agencies, then we can include your property on our separate “Properties Managed by Non-Owner Property Managers” table.

-Your name (first & last)

-Your mobile phone number

-Your primary residence/mailing address (Street, Town/City, State, Zip)

-Your Arnold vacation home’s name

-Your Arnold vacation home’s address (Street, Town/City, State, Zip)

-Neighborhood within Arnold

-Your vacation home’s website

-Preferred email address for guest contact

-Photo of your vacation home (must be at least 600 x 400 pixels)

-# of Bedrooms

-# of Bathrooms

-Maximum # of Guests

-Are Pets allowed?

-Paste the iCal link for your availability calendar. This is a long URL that will look something like [https://app.ownerrez.com/feeds/ical/39db9b71a85d4fd4b0089dcc2c538220]. This is usually found under a calendar export setting on your property management system (Ownerrez, Lodgify, Hospitable, Guesty, etc.) or your listing site (ex. Houfy, Airbnb, VRBO). The iCal link will let searchers know if your place is likely to be available before they contact you through your direct booking website.

-If you, the Owner, do not personally manage your vacation rental activities, please provide the name of your Co-Host or Property Manager.
