Owner: you are the owner on record of a home in Arnold, California, 95223.

Vacation Home Rental: you (directly or through your property manager) are currently operating this home as a vacation rental property.

Transient Occupancy Tax (“TOT”): you are registered with Calaveras County to pay TOT and you are paying this tax on your rental income either directly or through your property manager or booking site.

Good Neighbor Guidelines: you are committed to promoting and enforcing this group’s Good Neighbor Guidelines, which promote best practices for responsible renting of our homes, all for the betterment of our community.

Terms & Conditions: you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as they may change from time to time.

Website: you maintain a website for the rental of your Arnold vacation home, which can be your independent website, your property manager’s page for your property, or your page on a booking site such as Houfy, Airbnb or VRBO.

#bookdirect: you will accept reservations directly from guests outside of companies such as Airbnb and VRBO (which charge booking fees).  If you do not have an independent website, a listing on a local property manager’s independent website or a Houfy site for your property, we can link to your listing with Airbnb or VRBO along with your direct contact email address and a message that you are willing to book directly with guests.
