WELCOME

The Arnold Vacation Rental Homeowners welcome you to our wonderful area! We are a self-regulating group of individual homeowners dedicated to maintaining a peaceful atmosphere for all residents and visitors.

NEIGHBORS

Vacation rentals are located in neighborhoods that include both short-term guests and year round residents. Please be friendly, courteous & respect the rights and space of nearby neighbors.

NOISE

In these quiet mountain neighborhoods, sound travels amazingly well. Please be considerate of neighbors. Quiet hours are 9pm-9am, during which time the noise from the home shall not disturb neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property during non-quiet hours shall not be excessive.

TRASH

Please don’t feed the bears! The bears love to raid trash cans & create huge messes on our neighborhood streets, however they’re unfortunately not very good at cleaning up after themselves. Please follow your homeowner’s instructions for trash disposal, which may vary from home to home. Additionally, if you choose to dispose of trash yourself, you may show your rental agreement or reservation information to gain free access to the Avery Refuse Disposal Transfer Station at 4541 Segale Rd – for hours call 209-795-3222.

PARKING

Our neighborhoods do not allow on-street parking. Please park only in your vacation rental’s driveway or garage.

PETS

Only registered pets are allowed in designated rental properties. Leash laws must be obeyed & please dispose of pet waste properly. Please prevent excessive and prolonged barking.

GUEST LIMIT

Please adhere to your vacation rental homeowner’s stated maximum occupancy limit.

FOREST FIRE SAFETY

We are in a high fire risk area. “One less spark – One less wild fire.” Approximately 95% off all wildfires in California are caused by people. Please exercise caution or avoid any activity that may lead to a forest fire, such as charcoal grilling, cigarette disposal, camp fires & fireworks.

ENJOY

Please enjoy your stay and if you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to reach out to your vacation rental homeowner. We all hope our guests make wonderful memories and enjoy our homes in a respectful way.
